Every thing you need to know about our Gift Cards!

PURCHASING A GIFT CARD

  • You can purchase your Dé Haras NYC "GIFT HER" e-gift cards here.
  • The e-gift card will be sent via email to the chosen recipient to use on the Dé Haras NYC online store only.
  • E-gift cards may be purchased and activated for a minimum value of $25 and a maximum value of $100. 
  • All gift cards must be redeemed within one year of purchase. Gift cards will expire 12 months from purchase date.
  • E-gift cards are only available in the same currency the e-gift card was bought from. Payment for e-gift cards is accepted by all of our payment vendors including debit and credit card. Please note you cannot purchase a Dé Haras NYC Gift Card with PayPal.
  • Promotional and discount codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift card.
  • Payment on www.deharasnyc.com will be taken by a third-party company, [SHOPIFY], and will show on your bank statement as “DEHARASNYC” and/or "SHOPIFY".
  • Dé Haras NYC does not accept responsibility for any losses resulting from any e-gift card being delivered to an incorrect email address due to errors made by you within your order. You must therefore take extra care when entering details in your order.

 

RECEIVING A GIFT CARD

  • Once your order has been approved by Dé Haras NYC and your payment has cleared for the full purchase value of your e-gift card, your e-gift card will be delivered to the email address you nominate for delivery when completing your order. The email address you nominate for delivery should be yours or the person you have nominated to receive and use your e-gift card.
  • Provided your payment has cleared, your e-gift card will be delivered to your nominated email address on the date your order is placed. Your e-gift card will be delivered after your payment has cleared.
  • Dé Haras NYC does not accept responsibility for any losses resulting from any e-gift card being delivered to an incorrect email address due to errors made by you within your order, or lost e-gift card details. You must therefore take extra care when entering details in your order.

 

REDEEMING A GIFT CARD

  • To redeem a gift card is quick and easy. Simply click on the link within your e-gift card email. This will then take you to log into your account or create a Dé Haras NYC account if you don’t have one. PLEASE NOTE you can only use e-gift cards on the Dé Haras NYC account that is associated with the email address that you received your e-gift card through.
  • You can redeem your gift card during your final transaction using you e-gift card purchasing code issued to you when your card was purchased. You can find these details via your confirmation email.
  • If you have multiple Dé Haras NYC accounts, we are unable to merge or move any account credit over to another account.
  • Your e-gift card can only be used to make purchases online in the same county and currency the e-gift card was bought from. Any purchases made using any amount on your e-gift card by you or any other person will be subject to our website Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • If the entire amount on your e-gift card has not been spent, the remaining balance will still be credited to your account. There is no expiry date for your account credit.
  • The amount on your e-gift card can be used towards the purchase amount of items that are priced higher than the balance of your e-gift card, provided that you or the user making the transaction also pay the difference for such items using one of our prescribed payment methods.

 

EXPIRY

  • All e-gift cards will expire 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be redeemed once expiration date has been reached.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD?

  • The balance of your gift card can be found in your account. All gift cards will be credited to your account for future purchases. Your balance will also appear at checkout when you are logged in.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?

  • Dé Haras NYC does not accept returns unless the order received was incorrect in item and/or sizing. If occurred, the correct item will be sent once the incorrect item is returned. All purchases made with e-gift card are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE GIFT CARD

  • If you've purchased a gift card and you or the recipient has not received it, first check your junk folder. Still no luck? Please get in touch by contacting us at sales@deharasnyc.com.
  • If you have decided to buy a gift card for someone as a surprise and have not heard from them in a couple of days please double check the email address you sent it to ensure all details are correct. If all details are correct please give the recipient a nudge to check their account.
  • Dé Haras NYC shall not be responsible if an e-gift card is corrupted, deleted or used without permission. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an e-gift card which we deem to have been duplicated, or otherwise suspect has been affected by fraud.
  • We cannot be held responsible for e-gift cards that cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s spam filters, firewalls, capacity of the mailbox, and any other factors outside our control.
  • Dé Haras NYC are not responsible if an e-gift card is corrupted, deleted or used without permission. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an e-gift card which we deem to have been duplicated, or otherwise suspect has been affected by fraud.

 

I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I HAVE A REFUND ON THE GIFT CARD I'VE PURCHASED?

  • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for value. If you have entered an incorrect senders email address please get in touch with our Customer Service team at info@deharasnyc.com.
  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded. You may not cancel any e-gift card which has already been redeemed.

 

TERM'S AND CONDITION'S
  • By purchasing a Dé Haras NYC e-gift card, you agree to enter into a contract with Dé Haras NYC and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and our website Terms and Conditions which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before purchasing. By purchasing an e-gift card you accept that your contract with us for the e-gift card will be governed by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and our website Terms and Conditions. E-gift cards and their balance cannot be returned or refunded, in whole or in part, except in accordance with your statutory legal rights. E-gift cards and their balance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for any value by you or anyone else other than for purchasing items from www.deharasnyc.com. We reserve the right to cancel any order for your e-gift card and refund any monies you have paid to us if we discover any pricing or other errors in relation to the order prior to the time of dispatch. We will contact you in these circumstances and will give you the opportunity to place a new order. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days. We also reserve the right to terminate your order for your e-gift card if we believe you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we terminate your order we will refund the sums you have paid to us within 7 working days, less any costs directly incurred by us as a consequence of your breach of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change or add to these Terms and Conditions for security, legal or regulatory requirements. We are not required to inform you of the changes made in our policies. To remain informed, we advise you to review our policies prior to your purchase. By purchasing a Dé Haras NYC e-gift card (e-gift card), you agree to enter into a contract with Dé Haras NYC and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy Term of Use which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before purchasing. Dé Haras NYC / we / our means www.deharasnyc.com; We are a limited company registered in New York City under company number De Haras L.L.C. We may use third parties to perform any or all of our responsibilities relating to your e-gift card. [You / yours] means only the person who has purchased the e-gift card from us. If you nominate another person to receive and use your e-gift card, you are authorising that person to use your e-gift card and any balance on your e-gift card. Please note that e-gift cards are not regulated as payment instruments under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and amounts on them are not electronic money under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. Accordingly, rights and protections under those regulations do not apply and the Financial Conduct Authority does not supervise this service or the e-gift cards.
